Family-run — opening this year
Bread, cake and coffee — all warm, all heavenly.
Sourdough pulled at dawn, pastry cases that empty by ten, celebration cakes built for the day you’ll remember, and a little coffee bar to sit down with all of it.

Verse of the Day
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”

Three tiers in swept white buttercream, piled with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
A semi-naked tier with a salted caramel drip and fresh blooms tucked into the seam.
The crumb we chase — open and glossy, with a crust that shatters under the knife.
The morning case: croissants, kouign-amann and cream-filled pastry under the lamps.
A pink drip cake packed with rainbow sprinkles, waiting on the stand for candles.
The honey cardamom latte, poured with a heart, resting in a bed of roasted beans.
Black forest, stacked three layers deep with cherries and dark chocolate ganache.
Vanilla cupcakes under a swirl of buttercream and a scatter of sprinkles.
Cake slices by the register — chocolate, cheesecake and whatever Melitza felt like that morning.
The coffee bar
Six seats, one very good espresso.
Pull up to the counter with a morning bun. Drip, pour-over, espresso drinks, and a honey-cardamom latte people drive across town for.
